Section 114 Child’s Right Act

Section 114 Child’s Right Act 2003 is about Revocation of a foster order on grounds of the interest of the child. It is under Part XI (Fostering) of the Act.

Where it is proved to the satisfaction of a court that a foster parent has abandoned, neglected or persistently. ill‐treated or assaulted a fostered child, the Court shall‐
(a) revoke the fostering order in respect of the child; and

(b) proceed to take other necessary action pursuant to the provisions of this Act.
