Section 126 Electricity Act 2023

Section 126 of the Electricity Act 2023 is about Fine for non-payment of money owed. It is under Part XV (The Power Consumer Assistance Fund) of the Act.

Any person who fails to pay to the Commission or a distribution licensee, within the prescribed time, any amount owed under this Part, commits an offence and is liable to a fine not exceeding three times the amount owed.
