Section 130 of the 1999 Constitution of Nigeria

Section 130 of the Constitution of Nigeria 1999 is about Establishment of the office of President. It is under Chapter VI (The Executive) of the Act.

(1) There shall be for the Federation a President.

(2) The President shall be the Head of State and the Chief Executive of the Federation and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federation.
