Section 14 Electricity Act 2023
Section 14 of the Electricity Act 2023 is about Public hearing respecting competition transition charges. It is under Part III (Development of a Competitive National Electricity Market) of the Act.
In the determination of competition transition charges under section 13 of this Act, the Commission may hold public hearings to obtain the views of interested parties and shall be guided by the provisions of sections 46 and 48 of this Act in respect of the conduct of its public consultations.
