Section 148 of the Electricity Act 2023 is about Fine for non-payment of amount owed. It is under Part XVI (Rural Electrification Agency) of the Act.
Any person who fails to pay to the REF within the prescribed time, any amount owed, shall be liable to a fine no: exceeding three times the amount owed.
