Section 15 Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018
Section 15 of the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 is about Committees. It is under Part II (Establishment of the Federal Competition an Consumer Protection Commission) of the Act.
(1) The Commission may set up one or more committees to carry out, on behalf of the Commission, such functions as the Commission may determine.
(2) A committee set up under subsection (1) of this section shall consist of such number of persons as the Commission may determine.
(3) A decision of a committee shall be of no effect until it is confirmed by the Commission.
