Section 15 Civil Aviation Act 2022
Section 15 of the Civil Aviation Act 2022 is about Appointment of experts. It is under Part IV (Management and Staff of the Authority) of the Act.
In exercising and performing the powers, functions and duties conferred on it under this Act, the Authority may appoint, contract, liaise or co-operate with experts, including specialised agencies, resource persons, academic and technical institutes, advisory committees, in order to assist it in carrying out any of its functions or duties.
