Section 150 Electricity Act 2023

Section 150 of the Electricity Act 2023 is about Exemption from income tax. It is under Part XVI (Rural Electrification Agency) of the Act.

All sources of money paid into the REF as specified in section 146 (1) of this Act shall be exempt from income tax.
