Section 158 of the Electricity Act 2023 is about Estimates of the Agency. It is under Part XVI (Rural Electrification Agency) of the Act.
The Agency shall, not later than 30 September in each financial year, submit to the National Assembly through the Minister, an estimate of income and expenditure of the Agency during the next succeeding year.
