Section 170 of the Electricity Act 2023 is about Publication of feed-in tariff rates. It is under Part XVII (Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency) of the Act.
Feed-in-tariff rates approved by the Commission for electricity generated from renewable energy sources shall be published by the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission in the Federal Government Gazette and the mass media.
