Section 176 of the 1999 Constitution of Nigeria
Section 176 of the Constitution of Nigeria 1999 is about Establishment of office of Governor. It is under Chapter VI (The Executive) of the Act.
(1) There shall be for each State of the Federation a Governor.
(2) The Governor of a State shall be the Chief Executive of that State.
