Section 180 Electricity Act 2023

Section 180 of the Electricity Act 2023 is about Annual report. It is under Part XVIII (Nigerian Electricity Management Services Agency) of the Act.

The chief executive officer shall prepare and submit to the Governing Board for onward transmission to the President through the Minister, not later than 30 June of each year, a report on the activities of the NEMSA during the immediately preceding year, and shall include in the repo-t a copy of the audited accounts of the NEMSA for that year and the auditor’s report on it.
