Section 182 Electricity Act 2023

Section 182 of the Electricity Act 2023 is about Supervisory powers of the Minister. It is under Part XVIII (Nigerian Electricity Management Services Agency) of the Act.

The Minister may give directives of a general or special character to the NEMSA relating to the performance by the NEMSA of any or all of its functions under this Act, and the NEMSA shall comply and give effect to the directives.
