Section 189 Electricity Act 2023

Section 189 of the Electricity Act 2023 is about Tenure of members of the Council. It is under Part XIX (National Power Training Institute of Nigeria) of the Act.

The Chairman and other members of the Council of the Institute shall each hold office for a term of four years and may be eligible for re-appointment for another term of four years and no more.
