Section 192 Electricity Act 2023

Section 192 of the Electricity Act 2023 is about Filling of vacancies in the Council. It is under Part XIX (National Power Training Institute of Nigeria) of the Act.

The President shall appoint a candidate to fill a vacancy in the membership of the Council of the Institute where such vacancy arises as a result of death of a member or any of the grounds specified under section 190 (1) of this Act, and the person so appointed shall represent the same as his predecessor and hold office for the remainder of the term of office of his predecessor.
