Section 20 of the 1999 Constitution of Nigeria
Section 20 of the Constitution of Nigeria 1999 is about Environmental objectives. It is under Chapter II (Fundamental Objectives and Directive Principles of State Policy) of the Act.
The State shall protect and improve the environment and safeguard the water, air and land, forest and wild life of Nigeria.
