Section 21 EFCC Act 2004: Forfeited property

Section 21 EFCC Act 2004

Section 21 of the EFCC Act 2004 is about Forfeited property.

For the avoidance of doubt and without any further assurance than this Act; all the properties
of a person convicted of an offence under this Act and shown to be derived or acquired from
such illegal act and already the subject of an interim order shall be forfeited to the Federal
Government.
