Section 210 Electricity Act 2023

Section 210 of the Electricity Act 2023 is about Offence of receiving stolen electricity. It is under Part XX (Offences and Penalties) of the Act.

Any person who receives any stolen electric Ene or material knowing or having reasons to believe it to be stolen property, commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not more than three times the value of the stolen property received or imprisonment for a terra of I4 years or both.
