Section 214 Electricity Act 2023

Section 214 of the Electricity Act 2023 is about Offence relating to damage to public streetlights. It is under Part XX (Offences and Penalties) of the Act.

A person who, maliciously extinguishes any public streetlights commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine up to $290,000.
