Section 221 Electricity Act 2023

Section 221 of the Electricity Act 2023 is about Power to prosecute. It is under Part XX (Offences and Penalties) of the Act.

The Attorney-General of the Federation and Attorneys-General of respective States of the Federation shall have the powers to prosecute offences under this Act, while relevant authorities, including security agencies may prosecute only after the prior consent of the respective Attorneys-General thereof.
