Section 23 Electricity Act 2023

Section 23 of the Electricity Act 2023 is about Release from liability or obligation. It is under Part IV (Incorporation and Licensing of ISO) of the Act.

The transfer of assets and liabilities under section 15(2) of this Act other than the provision of the forgoing section releases the Transmission Company of Nigeria Plc from any further liability or obligation in respect of the assets and liabilities transferred.
