Section 236 of the 1999 Constitution of Nigeria
Section 236 of the Constitution of Nigeria 1999 is about Practice and procedure. It is under A (The Supreme Court of Nigeria) of Part I (Federal Courts) of Chapter VII (The Judicature) of the Constitution.
Subject to the provisions of any Act of the National Assembly, the Chief Justice of Nigeria may make rules for regulating the practice and procedure of the Supreme Court.
