Section 246 Child’s Right Act
Section 246 Child’s Right Act 2003 is about Power of Court to vary suspension order. It is under Part XXI (Supervision) of the Act.
The Court before which a child is bound by his recognisance under this Act to appear to be further dealt with may, on the application of the supervision officer, and after notice to the child offender vary the condition of the recognisance and may, on being satisfied that the conduct of that child has been such as to make it necessary that he should remain under supervision, discharge the recognisance.
