Section 249 of the 1999 Constitution of Nigeria

Section 249 of the Constitution of Nigeria 1999 is about Establishment of the Federal High Court. It is under C (The Federal High Court) of Part I (Federal Courts) of Chapter VII (The Judicature) of the Constitution.

(1) There shall be a Federal High Court.

(2) The Federal High Court shall consist of –
(a) a Chief Judge of the Federal High Court; and
(b) such number of Judges of the Federal High Court as may be prescribed by an Act of the National Assembly.
