Section 253 of the 1999 Constitution of Nigeria
Section 253 of the Constitution of Nigeria 1999 is about Constitution. It is under C (The Federal High Court) of Part I (Federal Courts) of Chapter VII (The Judicature) of the Constitution.
The Federal High Court shall be duly constituted if it consists of at least one Judge of that Court.
