Section 254 of the 1999 Constitution of Nigeria

Section 254 of the Constitution of Nigeria 1999 is about Practice and procedure. It is under C (The Federal High Court) of Part I (Federal Courts) of Chapter VII (The Judicature) of the Constitution.

Subject to the provisions of any Act of the National Assembly, the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court may make rules for regulating the practice and procedure of the Federal High Court.
