Section 263 Administration of Criminal Justice Law of Lagos State, as amended in 2021, is about Witness arrested under warrant. It provides as follows:

A witness arrested or detained under this law shall not be kept in the same room or place with the defendant, nor shall the defendant be allowed to make contact with such witness.
