Section 27 of the Electricity Act 2023 is about Directions to the TCN on matters related to transition. It is under Part IV (Incorporation and Licensing of ISO) of the Act.

Prior to the vesting of assets and liabilities of the TCN in the ISO, the Commission shall give the Board of Directors of the TCN directions in writing to ensure the proper transfer of the assets and liabilities of the TCN to the {SO, and the Board of Directors of the TCN shall, without delay, comply with such directions.
