Section 279 of the 1999 Constitution of Nigeria
Section 279 of the Constitution of Nigeria 1999 is about Practice and procedure. It is under B (Sharia Court of Appeal of a State) of Part II (State courts) of Chapter VII (The Judicature) of the Constitution.
Subject to provisions of any law made by the House of Assembly of the State, the Grand Kadi of the Sharia Court of Appeal of the State may make rules regulating the practice and procedure of the Sharia Court of Appeal.
