Section 298 of the 1999 Constitution of Nigeria

Section 298 of the Constitution of Nigeria 1999 is about Capital of the Federation. It is under Part I (Federal Capital Territory, Abuja) of Chapter VIII (Federal Capital Territory, Abuja and general supplementary provisions) of the Constitution.

The Federal Capital Territory, Abuja shall be the Capital of the Federation and seat of the Government of the Federation.
