Section 303 of the 1999 Constitution of Nigeria

Section 303 of the Constitution of Nigeria 1999 is about Administration of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja. It is under Part I (Federal Capital Territory, Abuja) of Chapter VIII (Federal Capital Territory, Abuja and general supplementary provisions) of the Constitution.

The Federal Capital Territory, Abuja shall comprise six area councils and the administrative and political structure thereof shall be as provided by an Act of the National Assembly.
