Section 320 of the 1999 Constitution of Nigeria

Section 320 of the Constitution of Nigeria 1999 is about Commencement. It is under Part IV (Interpretation, citation and commencement) of Chapter VIII (Federal Capital Territory, Abuja and general supplementary provisions) of the Constitution.

The provisions of this Constitution shall come into force on 29th day of May 1999.
