Section 356 CAMA 2020

Section 356 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Penalty for failure to comply with order of the Court. It is under Chapter 13 (Protection of minority against illegal and oppressive conduct action by or against the company) of the Act.

Any person who contravenes or fails to comply with an order made under section 355 that is applicable to him, commits an offence and is liable to a penalty as the Commission shall specify in its regulations.
