Section 368 CAMA 2020

Section 368 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Inspectors’ report to be used as evidence in legal proceedings. It is under Chapter 13 (Protection of minority against illegal and oppressive conduct action by or against the company) of the Act.

(1) A copy of any report of an inspector appointed under sections357 and 358, certified by the Commission to be a true copy, is admissible in any legal proceedings as evidence of the opinion of the inspector in relation to any matter contained in the report.

(2) A document purporting to be such a certificate as mentioned in subsection (1) shall be received in evidence and be deemed to be such a certificate, unless the contrary is proved.
