Section 38 Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018

Section 38 of the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 is about Appeals. It is under Part VI (Enforcement Warrants and Requests for Information) of the Act.

(1) Subject to regulations made by the Commission, appeals from any decision of the Commission shall lie to the Tribunal established under section 39 of this Act.

(2) The Commission shall adopt regulations specifying all relevant procedures and requirements in relation to appeals under subsection (1) of this section.
