Section 43 of the 1999 Constitution of Nigeria
Section 43 of the Constitution of Nigeria 1999 is about Right to acquire and own immovable property anywhere in Nigeria. It is under Chapter IV (Fundamental Rights) of the Act.
Subject to the provisions of this Constitution, every citizen of Nigeria shall have the right to acquire and own immovable property anywhere in Nigeria.
