Section 441 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about A false representation,etc. It is under Chapter 17 (Company voluntary arrangements) of the Act.

(1) If, for the purpose of obtaining the approval of the members or creditors of a company to a proposal for a voluntary arrangement, a person who is an officer of the company—

(a) makes any false representation, or

(b) fraudulently does, or omits to do anything,he commits an offence.

(2) A person who contravenes subsection (1), commits an offence and is liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term of one year or a fine as the Court deems fit or both.
