Section 46 Electricity Act 2023
Section 46 of the Electricity Act 2023 is about Proceedings of the Commission. It is under Part V (Establishment, Functions and Powers of the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission) of the Act.
(1) The Commission shall be entitled to conduct its proceedings, consultations, and hearings at its headquarters or at any other place in Nigeria.
(2) The Commission shall make regulations for the performance of its functions and for the conduct of its proceedings, consultations and hearings, including procedures for the participator of licensees, consumers, eligible customers and other persons.
