Section 468 CAMA 2020

Section 468 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Where person not entitled to notice of intention to appoint. It is under Chapter 18 (Administration of companies: nature of administration) of the Act.

Where a person is not entitled to notice of intention to appoint under section 455 (1), and section 457 of this Act, shall not apply—

(a) the statutory declaration accompanying the notice of appointment shall include the statements and information required under section 464 (2)of this Act ; and

(b) section 464 (2) (c) of this Act shall also not apply.
