Section 470 CAMA 2020
Section 470 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Notification of administration of his appointment. It is under Chapter 18 (Administration of companies: nature of administration) of the Act.
A person who appoints an administrator under section 459 of this Act—
(a) shall notify the administrator and such other persons as may be prescribed as soon as is reasonably practicable after the requirements of section 464 are satisfied ; and
(b) commits an offence if he fails, without reasonable excuse, to comply with paragraph (a).
