Section 471 CAMA 2020
Section 471 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Effect of administration order on appointment. It is under Chapter 18 (Administration of companies: nature of administration) of the Act.
Where, before the requirements of section 464 of this Act are satisfied, the company enters administration by virtue of an administration order or an appointment under section 450 of this Act—
(a) the appointment under section 459 of this Act shall not take effect ; and
(b) section 467 of this Act shall not apply.
