Section 61 Civil Aviation Act 2022
Section 61 of the Civil Aviation Act 2022 is about Duty to promote safety of civil aviation. It is under Part X (Safety Regulation) of the Act.
The Authority shall have the power and duty to promote safety of civil aviation by prescribing and revising as necessary—
(a) rules and regulations implementing, all Standards of the Annexes to the Chicago Convention ; and
(b) such other rules, regulations, or standards governing other practices, methods, and procedures as the Authority may find necessary to provide adequately for safety in civil aviation.
