Section 611 CAMA 2020

Section 611 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Power to order costs of winding-up to be paid out of assets. It is under Chapter 21 (Winding-up by the court jurisdiction) of the Act.

The Court may, in the event of the assets being insufficient to satisfy the liabilities, make an order as to the payment out of the assets of the costs, charges and expenses incurred in the winding-up in such order of priority as the Court deems just.
