Section 615 CAMA 2020

Section 615 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Powers of Court cumulative. It is under Chapter 21 (Winding-up by the court jurisdiction) of the Act.

A power by this Act conferred on the court shall be in addition to and not in restriction of existing powers of instituting proceedings against contributory or debtor of the company, or the estate of a contributory or debtor,for the recovery of any call or other sums.
