Section 624 CAMA 2020

Section 624 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Avoidance of transfer,etc, after commencement of voluntary winding-up. It is under Chapter 22 (Voluntary winding-up resolutions for and commencement of voluntary winding-up) of the Act.

A transfer of shares, not being a transfer made to or with the sanction of the liquidator, and any alteration in the status of the members of the company, made after the commencement of a voluntary winding-up, shall be void.
