Section 64 Electricity Act 2023

Section 64 of the Electricity Act 2023 is about General duties of lizensee. It is under Part VI (Licensing) of the Act.

(1) A licensee shall comply with the provisionis of its license, regulations, codes, orders and other requirements issued by the Cornmission.

(2) Unless stayed by a Court of competent jurisdiction, each licensee shall duly implement or follow, as the case may be, the Commission’s orders and written notices, notwithstanding that the licensee has or may intend to take legal action challenging any such order or notice.
