Section 661 CAMA 2020

Section 661 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Avoidance of attachments on winding-up subject to supervision of the Court. It is under Chapter 24 (Provisions applicable to every mode of winding-up) of the Act.

Where a company is being wound up subject to the supervision of the Court, any attachment, sequestration or execution put in force against the estate or effects of the company after the commencement of the winding-up,is void.
