Section 664 CAMA 2020

Section 664 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Persons injured. It is under Chapter 24 (Provisions applicable to every mode of winding-up) of the Act.

Any person injured by the operation of a disclaimer under section 663 is deemed to be a creditor of the company to the amount of the injury, and may accordingly prove the amount as a debt in the winding-up.
