Section 8 Nigeria Startup Act
Section 8 Nigeria Startup Act 2022 is about Council agent. It is under Part II (Establishment of the National Council for Digital Innovation and Entrepreneurship) of the Act.
(1) The Council shall appoint for such period, as it may deem fit, a Council agent, who shall act in accordance with any general or specific directions of the Council towards the effective monitoring and implementation of the provisions of this Act.
(2) The Council agent shall be responsible for submitting quarterly monitoring reports and annual reports to the Council, on the status of the programmes being implemented under this Act.
