Section 867 CAMA 2020

Section 867 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Regulations. It is under Chapter 2 (Miscellaneous and supplemental) of the Act.

The Commission may, with the approval of the Minister, make regulations generally for the purpose of this Act and in particular, make regulations—

(a) prescribing the forms, returns and other information required under this Act ;

(b) prescribing the procedure for obtaining any information required under this Act ;

(c) requiring returns to be made within the period specified by any company, limited liability partnership, limited partnership, business name proprietors or incorporated trustees to which this Act applies ;

(d) prescribing any fees payable under this Act ; and(e) generally for the conduct and regulation of registration under this Act.
